These terms describe acceptable use of HouseBoard.
HouseBoard is provided for household organisation, including tasks, shopping lists, calendar feeds, invitations, and related integrations. Users must keep account details secure and use the service responsibly.
Access and permissions depend on the role assigned to each user. Household managers are responsible for inviting appropriate users and removing access when it is no longer needed.
Users are responsible for the tasks, notes, shopping items, templates, and other content they add. Do not add unlawful, harmful, or sensitive information that does not belong in a household management tool.
HouseBoard may be updated, maintained, or temporarily unavailable. Important household reminders should not rely on HouseBoard as the only record where safety or legal obligations are involved.
Calendar feeds and API tokens provide access to household summary data. Keep tokens private, revoke unused tokens, and only connect trusted integrations.
